Right to Cancel and Return

Under Irish consumer law, you have the right to cancel your order and return the goods within 14 calendar days from the day you receive your painting, provided the artwork is in its original condition and packaging.

Please note: Due to the nature of original artwork, returns are accepted only if the painting is undamaged and in the same condition as when delivered.

How to Return an Item

Include your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with instructions on how to return the painting safely.

Condition of Returned Items.
  • The painting must be returned in its original packaging or packaging that provides equivalent protection.
  • The artwork must be undamaged, unframed (if applicable), and in the same condition as delivered.
  • Any damage caused during return shipping due to inadequate packaging may result in refusal of the refund.
Refunds
  • Once we receive and inspect the returned painting, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 14 days using the original payment method.
  • Shipping costs for returning the artwork are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrectly described.
Faulty or Incorrect Items

If the painting you receive is faulty, damaged, or not as described, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement, repair, or full refund including any reasonable shipping costs.

Refunds

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Custom or Commissioned Artwork

Custom or commissioned paintings are non-refundable unless faulty or damaged upon delivery..

Shipping and Risk

Risk of damage or loss passes to you upon delivery. We recommend insuring the package for its full value during return shipping.
